Winners of THE PLAN Real Estate Award 2023 have been announced. The third edition of the award dedicated to Real Estate operations saw the participation of more than 60 projects on an international scale.
Selected by an outstanding jury, the winning projects were unveiled during the closing event on Wednesday, January 31 in Milan. The award ceremony, in partnership with the international engineering firm BUROMILAN, took place at Fonderia Napoleonica Eugenia, in front of a high-standing audience of over 200 real estate operators, investors and designers.
The Monte Rosa 91 project in Milan, developed by AXA IM Alts and designed by RPBW Renzo Piano Building Workshop, was awarded as Overall Winner.
In addition to the six winners, the jury also awarded eight honorable mentions.
