An accomplished expression of the latest generation of industrial designer ceramics, the Retro Pure tile collection is all about shapes, movement, transparency, and the interplay of light. It’s a tribute to sculpture.

And it doesn’t have a marble or even a concrete effect. Instead, it’s pure inventiveness. Available in shades of ivory, crystal, and chalk, the product’s surface looks handcrafted, with marble veining intersecting with concrete streaking to create an antiqued look. Its large format further enhances the materiality of its surface, with a three-dimensional feel to the touch and rich reflections, which vary from more opaque to slightly glossy depending on the angle of light.

The collection’s perfectly rectified precision edges are a highlight, produced using the latest generation machinery and checked by experts. The tiles have perfectly squared corners for easy installation and reducing grout lines to a minimum.

Their large format – 31 1/2 x 70 7/8” (80x180 cm) and 47 1/4 x 47 1/4” (120x120 cm) – enhances the beauty and visual continuity of these ceramic tiles, while their 3/8” (9 mm) thickness makes them strong and suitable for any type of indoor application, adding high architectural value without problems or additional handling and installation costs. Last but not least, the 31 1/2” (80 cm), 23 5/8” (60 cm), and 47 1/4”(120 cm) edges can be combined with different tiles from the same collection or mixed and matched with other Cerdisa Ricchetti collections.
