MIPIM Awards 2025 in Cannes
By Editorial Staff -

The 2025 edition of the MIPIM Awards, one of the most prestigious international real estate accolades, concluded last weekend. During the ceremony at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, the organization announced the 11 winning projects, selected from over 200 entries from 36 countries. The international jury, composed of industry experts, selected the projects that best meet the criteria of sustainability, design innovation, architectural quality, urban integration, user experience, and economic value.

Established in 1991, MIPIM Awards annually celebrates real estate developments that redefine the way we live and shape our cities, recognizing architectural quality, sustainability, and the social impact of new constructions. Competing categories included residential projects, urban regeneration, hospitality, cultural developments, and large-scale mixed-use projects.MIPIM 2025 - MIPIM AWARDS CEREMONY 2025 - THE WINNERS © S. Among the winners of the 2025 edition, Fuzja (Fusion) stands out—a project designed by Medusa Group architects and developed by Echo Investment Group, which received the Special Jury Award. Located in the heart of Łódź, Poland, Fuzja revitalizes a former textile industrial site, transforming it into a vibrant, multifunctional urban district. Spanning 8 hectares, the development includes 22 buildings, 15 of which are restored historical structures, offering residential, commercial, and cultural spaces. The project serves as a model of the “15-minute city” concept, promoting a sustainable and integrated urban lifestyle.

The next edition of MIPIM is already scheduled: from March 9 to 13, 2026, once again at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
