Mapei PRO - Analisi prezzi e voci di capitolato: Italy’s first online tool for analyzing costs and specifications for construction projects

"Mapei PRO – Analisi prezzi e voci di capitolato" is Italy’s first online tool for analyzing costs and specifications for construction projects. An innovative work resource, it grew out of the combined experience and technical expertise of Mapei and ACCA Software. The tool is available free of charge on the Mapei PRO platform. The section of the Mapei website dedicated to architects, Mapei PRO provides complete, targeted support, helping architects from conception through to construction.

The platform brings together all the tools that Mapei has developed for professionals – calculation software, assorted tools, BIM and technical literature – as well as the education credit courses hosted by the Mapei Academy. The new tool therefore expands this large range of services, letting architects and designers quickly and easily find costs and specifications for all construction projects, including materials, labor, freight, and transport.

Simply enter the name of the project, its address, and its type – new construction or renovation – to access a cost breakdown of Mapei products. Each item is listed with detailed descriptions and specifications on using them in your project and developing precise estimates for tenders and offers. Results can be downloaded in various formats (DCF, XPWE, EXCEL, PDF), making it possible to use them with PriMus or other construction cost management software.

Since the first version of the tool went online a few weeks ago, the database has continued to be updated, making it even easier to use for complete projects. The next version, scheduled for release in the next few months, will cover Mapei’s entire product range.
