Italian elegance and comfort in Madrid

Amuebla Rent has furnished an apartment in Madrid’s central Salamanca district with recently renovated interiors. The firm’s focus was on essentiality, minimalism, functionality, and comfort. The tones used are mainly neutral and soft, forming an understated background to highlight the greens of nature brought into the house. With shapes, colors, and finishes recurring throughout the home, this project has created a coordinated, harmonious environment with contemporary style and a touch of Scandinavia.

The result is welcoming and warm, enhanced by natural light from high windows and French doors, as well as the furniture supplied by Quadrifoglio Group. The Design Living collection was chosen, including the Cleopas armchair, Montreal coffee table, Half Moon floor lamp, Bloom sideboard, and Zefiro bookcase.

The front door opens onto a large space divided into two areas: one is the living room while the other is for reading. The reading space is organized around its two main furniture elements, the Cleopas armchair and the Montreal coffee table, to create a small, cozy refuge, enriched by a large window that overlooks the city. The armchair is the low version with a bronze polypropylene shell and beige upholstery, while the coffee table has a bronze structure and a round top in beige gray melamine.

Nearby, in the space in front of a large, full-height window that floods the space with light, is the living room. Adding a mood of both elegance and relaxation to this space is another Cleopas armchair with the same finishes as the one in the reading alcove but the high version with a headrest. It’s accompanied by the Half Moon floor lamp with a natural linen lampshade. Along the walls are two storage units with simple, geometric shapes that are practical and easy to use. The sturdy and elegant Bloom sideboard has a silk gray lacquered melamine top and sides. Its doors are finished with Invisible White marble-effect porcelain, while it stands on four bridge-like legs that give it a visual lightness. Finally, the Zefiro bookcase is entirely lacquered in beige gray and creates an interplay of solids and voids with its hinged doors and open section. The elegant cross-referencing of the shapes and finishes of the Quadrifoglio Group furniture is even more obvious here, with its elegant, understated style.
