The award ceremony for THE PLAN Award is approaching: the event will take place on Thursday, November 17, from 6 p.m. at the Riccardo Catella Foundation in Milan. During the event, with free participation, the names of the winning and mentioned projects will be revealed.

The eight edition of THE PLAN Award, prestigious award organized by the international magazine THE PLAN, counted 1.200 entries from around the world. The Award includes 20 categories, each one divided into two sections: Completed, for completed projects, and Future, for those to be built in the near future. A total of 40 winners will therefore be announced (one completed and one future for each category), in addition to the assignment of honorable mentions to deserving projects. The winning projects and those receiving a special mention will be featured in a special volume to be released with the magazine at the end of the year, and will also be promoted on THE PLAN’s digital and social networks.
The winning projects and those receiving a special mention will be decided by an international jury, composed of professionals and academics from the world of architecture and design: Yehuda Safran, art and architecture critic, professor at the School of Architecture of Pratt Institute; Huang Wenjing, co-founder of Open Architecture and professor at Tsinghua University; Michael Webb, architecture and design critic and writer; Li Xiangning, dean and professor at the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University; Patrícia Santos Pedrosa, researcher at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Gender Studies (University of Lisbon); Valerio Paolo Mosco, architect and critic; Elena Tomasi, director of the Monaco-based company FPMC (Fine Properties Monte Carlo); Raymund Ryan, architectural curator at Heinz Architectural Center of Carnegie Museum of Art and critic; Diane Gray, executive director of the Laboratory of Architecture for Healthcare Barcelona [LA(H)B] and the editor in chief of the Roca Gallery online publication.
