Interior Tower, in the Italian town of Bressanone, is a recently completed six-story office building that brings together various businesses from the design and automotive sectors. Several new tenants prioritized the creation of made-to-measure work ecosystems – branded environments that also provide staff with comfort and functionality in their day-to-day work. Quadrifoglio Group contributed to four of these projects, taking care of the build-out of offices, reception areas, and meeting rooms for Innerhofer, Tip Top Fenster, Top Auto, and Steurer. The firm began work on each project by gaining a deep understanding of the client’s identity and then used this information to design spaces that reflect their unique features with products tailored to their specific needs.
With Innerhofer, a company specialized in bathroom furnishings, the focus was on creating a style that was both modern and elegant. With the office on two floors and incorporating a range of functions and services, the aim from the outset was to create an immediate visual impact using different timbers, colors, and Quadrifoglio Group products. The showroom, for example, was created using M3 partition walls. This product has the advantage of creating both private and shared spaces through the use of slim profiles, single-glass sheets, and glass walls.
Besides the reception counter, the first floor includes six offices with team-based layouts, each featuring different furnishing combinations. These include, for example, the X5 desk with the Diade Rock chair. Combining wellbeing and comfort, the chair features a synchronized, self-adjusting mechanism, adjustable armrests, and a high, adjustable mesh backrest.
On the second floor are two more offices, a client reception area, and a meeting room. The centerpiece of this last space is the X10, a conference table made of American walnut with plastic volumes, decisive lines, and sculptured legs. The room also has P1 partition walls with wood paneling. Full panels in American walnut with vertical grain are configured as storage modules, while a suspended unit houses monitors and equipment for video and conference calls. Finally, the executive office features the X9 desk with American walnut veneer, coordinated with a computer return, cabinet, and a full-height closet. Opposite, visitors are welcomed at the T03 side table with a biconical base and circular top, also in American walnut veneer.
Tip Top Fenster specializes in windows, doors, and glass. Designed by architecture and design studio totronic, its new office stands out for its formal cleanliness, minimalist design, and carefully considered but decisive color accents. The design prioritizes, among other things, collaboration, vitality, and hospitality, enhanced by a layout that facilitates teamwork. For the work areas, therefore, the focus was on finding solutions that are primarily functional but also linear in design. The studio chose Idea Tube desks, Diade Rock chairs, and Up&Up height-adjustable tables with an automated mechanism. Storage and filing cabinets were custom-built to stand along the walls to make the best use of the available spaces. The designers deliberately broke up the predominance of right angles in the space with curves. This was behind the choice of City armchairs, which also give a vivacity and character to the environment with their red upholstery.
Top Auto, a company involved in vehicle sales, wanted an essential style for its office to communicate its non-nonsense business approach combined with a sense of elegance. These characteristics are especially obvious in the executive office, characterized by alternating full and empty volumes, transparent and opaque surfaces. Again, the M3 glass partition is a feature, giving the spaces a lightness and brightness that contrasts with the solidity of the X7 desk with modesty panel, the Dune chairs, and the round T06 table with its flared pedestal leg. The workstations are based on the Idea 01 tables, while Clue chairs are provided for clients. The designers gave special attention to the reception area to provide visitors with a comfortable environment.
Finally, Quadrifoglio Group also supplied furniture for Steurer’s new office in Interior Tower. This firm, an interior design and architecture studio, opted for an elegant approach to its space as an expression of its professionalism and creativity. Once again, these bright, airy spaces are delimited by M3 partition walls, whose glass modules let the eye explore the different rooms. The large executive office is a highlight, with both the executive and conference versions of the X7 table. The workstations here are the Up&Up line, including the single and bench models, combined with Diade Rock chairs.
