Cortina Fashion Weekend 2023

Scheduled for Thursday 7 through Sunday 10 December 2023 in the town of Cortina d’Ampezzo, Cortina Fashion Weekend combines fashion with design, art, music, and sport. And it does it with a busy program of live music, installations, cultural events, local food and wine tastings, support initiatives, and a chance to shop in the exclusive boutiques in the center of Cortina, the Queen of the Dolomites.

Now up to its 13th edition, this is an unmissable event for anyone who loves fashion and the mountains and wants to start their winter season in a unique way. As always, the event is presented by Cortina for Us – a non-profit association created by local businesses that brings together the different bodies involved in promoting the area – and has local government support.

Cortina Fashion Weekend 2023: highlights

The inauguration of Cortina Fashion Weekend 2023, which will run through the whole long weekend, is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 7 at the Conchiglia, the traditional venue in Piazza Angelo Dibona.

Then, on Friday, December 8, at the foot of the bell tower in the same piazza, Cortina Fashion Weekend Sport will reveal the major sporting event calendar for the 2023–24 winter season. With Corso Italia festooned with lights and decorations, the boutiques, cafes, and restaurants in the town center will host special events throughout the day. In fact, the town will be transformed into an openair fashion show, with the participation of leading names from fashion, business, sport, and entertainment.

On Saturday, December 9, Rosadira Festival is organizing an après ski event, a first for this edition, which will be broadcast live from the Conchiglia from 3 p.m. through 7 p.m. Sports activities, music, cafés, and food trucks will be operating from the morning.

Also worth marking in you diary are the two cultural events at Sala Cultura at Largo Poste 14. The Dolomite Film Festival is opening at 3 p.m. on Friday 8, while, at 6 p.m. on Saturday 9, the Una Montagna di Libri association will be hosting Dominique Roques for the launch of his book Il Profumo delle Foreste.
