SOS - School of Sustainability is a Post Grad Academy of Practice established by Mario Cucinella within MC Architects, focused on training a new generation of professionals in the fields of sustainability who are ready for the emerging challenges in the economic, environmental and social fields.
More than a conventional School, SOS is a creative and open platform where to build a shared culture of sustainability, and where to experiment projects with a positive impact on society, economy and the environment.
SOS is open to graduates and professionals in the fields of architecture, engineering and social sciences. It offers a 10 months full time experience and a pioneering program forming professional figures with specialised environmental design skills, and a vision on the future.
School of Sustainability involves experts, industrial and institutional partners allowing students to operate within complex contexts and to tackle emerging issues such as climate and environmental changes, community development, processes of sustainable urban re-generation, and the design of advanced buildings. Over the years, SOS co-operated with institutional partners such as MIUR, UNHCR, Foundation for Urban Innovation Bologna and Comune di Camerino, and developed research projects for Industrial partners such as Eni Gas e Luce and Iris Group. SOS operates under the auspices of LEGAMBIENTE, Symbola and CNAPPC.

Courses will start in October 2018.
