CNA’s new national headquarters were designed by Open Project, with Paolo Castelli overseeing the interior furnishing, which CNA realised was key to adding value to the company. So, it turned to Paolo Castelli because of its ability to customise projects and leverage its technical know-how. Paolo Castelli responded by using its Domodinamica range and producing tailor-made cabinets and managerial and executive workstations. Paolo Castelli’s origins are as a craft business, imbuing the company with an artisan approach that has never been forgotten. Its products are characterised by quality and innovation, and would never see the light of day without the Italian craft masters in the company’s employ. This guarantees professionalism that, when combined with the work of renowned designers, ensures the products are sophisticated but can also be customised to design needs or client requirements. The flexible finishings and the way metals are worked are good examples of this, as are the handsewn natural leather used for the chairs in the “Elle Collection”, the careful attention placed on the wood for the internal structures and the combinations of fabrics and colours.
