Course Description This course examines an office building located in the industrial area of Cuneo, a project that went beyond the building itself to include the redesign of its surroundings. It provides information on the use of glass in a design with complex shapes that would have been difficult to create with other materials. The course includes an explanatory text, images, a series of technical drawings, and details of the structure of the building envelope and structure with explanatory notes. On completing the course, students’ own work will benefit from deepening their knowledge of the use of glass as a material that offers a particular aesthetic effect with a particular precision of line.
