Vincenzo Corvino and Giovanni Multari set up corvino+ multari in 1995, with offices in Naples and Milan. In 2005 the magazine Ventre dedicated his first monographic number of Ventre Zoom series to their work, publishing the monograph “Corvino+Multari 1995-2005”. In 2006 their design for the restoration of the Pirelli building won the Special Award for Restoration in the Medaglia d’Oro all’Architettura Italiana competition organized by the Triennale di Milano, and, with its design for the new Castellammare di Stabia station, it participated in the tenth Architecture Biennale of Venice. In 2010, Graus released the DVD “corvino+multari: Vesuvius” by Gianpaolo De Siena. In 2012 they took part to the 13th Biennale di Architettura di Venezia with the project for the Integrated Centre for Handicraft and Trade in Pompei, Naples. In 2013, with the same project participate in the ninth edition of the Grand Prix Casalgrande Padana winning the second prize for the typology “Shopping Centers”. The firm’s current projects include: Water Park in Rende, Residential building in Casoria (NA), Parish Centre in Dresano (MI), Landscape and environmental restoration of a Villa Vesuvius in Torre del Greco (Na), Restoration and redevelopment of the former Tobacco Factory in Naples.
