The union.bistro project embodies the idea of creating a space that combines functionality, aesthetics, and an atmosphere resonating with the processes of culinary art. The core spatial solutions focus on the harmonious integration of materials, colors, textures, and light, forming a unique interior composition.

The interior not only creates an atmosphere but also tells a story—a story of blending tradition, modernity, and creativity.

Natural textures and open-plan principles

The project utilizes natural textures of stone, concrete, wood, ceramic tiles, and glass. The walls are covered with textured plaster, creating a noise effect and visual depth. The floor and ceiling remain made of concrete, preserving their imperfections, which add authenticity to the space. Glass blocks and decorative wall finishes continue the design code of the residential complex where union.bistro is located.

The color combinations of materials include marble, tiles, textured wooden panels in warm walnut tones, raw leather, and metallic accents. This combination creates a multi-layered aesthetic that echoes the philosophy of culinary art: a constant search for harmony between tastes, colors, textures, and materials.

The interior design is based on open-plan principles, fostering a space for communication and interaction. The centerpiece of the hall is a large communal table, individually designed with a marble surface. The kitchen is open, allowing visitors to witness the culinary processes, adding interactivity and engagement. The bar counter, clad in ceramic tiles, serves as a vibrant focal point of the space.

Lighting
plays a key role in shaping the atmosphere. The combination of inflatable light fixtures and crystal pendants creates visual accents and ensures a dynamic interplay of light throughout the day. Large panoramic windows allow natural daylight to flood the space, highlighting the natural texture of the materials.

The interior design balances modernity and authenticity: collections of Ukrainian ceramics are seamlessly integrated into the space, emphasizing its unique character. Specially designated decorative zones not only showcase these items but also serve as storage areas, adding functionality to the interior.entrance
