Treverktrend

Treverktrend by Marazzi
By Editorial Staff -

Treverktrend, a new wood-look collection, features two stylistic languages: the more traditional, a reinterpretation of oak with contrasting vein patterns and knots that give a natural variety to the surface, for creating warm, welcoming interior designs, and a more contemporary version, with a minimalist look, inspired by larch wood. Oak is a long-established classic for parquet floors and Treverktrend reproduces its rather rustic vein patterns and the grooves typical of a time-worn effect. The "feel" of antique parquet floors is offered in a selection of original, contemporary shades. Larch, a wood very common in central Europe, is particularly tough and is used in architecture for its versatility and the beauty of its patterning. Treverktrend larice reproduces its appearance, with its clearly defined, glossy vein patterns all running in a single direction, alternating with paler, more uniform external parts (the sap wood).
