On the 11th floor of the corporate complex of Nobe, a renowned construction company, there is a sanctuary for the well-being of its employees: an expansive terrace with a panoramic view of Tallinn City Airport. A lush oasis has been created here, enhanced by carefully selected furnishings in a range of material tones. From the sofas and poufs to the outdoor meeting tables, each element has been carefully crafted to promote relaxation and social engagement.

A single module of Pratic’s Connect pergola is used as a connecting element between the indoor and outdoor areas, with an eye-catching mirrored design that creates the illusion of a harmonious extension of the main building, which also has reflective surfaces. The bioclimatic posts and slats, with their volcanic gray tones, echo the colors of the building, discreetly and elegantly highlighting the patented profiles, which are only 4.5 cm thick on the two sides where the fixed Fix Glass windows are installed. The use of Spy Glass finishes on the pergola’s glazing provides occupants with impeccable panoramic views while ensuring absolute privacy as its exterior surfaces reflect the hues of the landscape, seamlessly integrating with the surrounds. This unique feature makes the pergola highly adaptable and ideal for its placement on the terrace, where it serves as a tranquil lounge area for relaxing, perhaps after a sauna in the adjacent wellness area.

Within the confines of Connect, which covers approximately 10 sq. m, an atmosphere of serenity and comfort reigns, thanks to the RGB lighting that envelops the perimeter via the installed LED Line. The hues and intensity of the light can be regulated, enhancing the ambiance throughout the day. Complementing this feature is the Set platform, crafted from aluminum with wood finishes, which seamlessly blends into the esthetic palette of the space. Vertically, the pergola has an aluminum canopy with adjustable sunshade slats that pivot from 0 to 140 degrees. This dynamic feature allows for quick modulation of natural light and airflow during warmer seasons, ensuring optimal comfort, but can also be completely closed if required. Overall, each technical solution adopted for Connect maximized the use of this space, allowing the company’s employees to benefit from a scenic area to relax in during work breaks throughout the year.
