Grohe Grandera is a new line of taps, fittings and bathroom accessories largely designed for the contract sector, but based on the squircle, an innovative blend of square and curved lines.
Grandera is synonymous with stylistic versatility, able to fit into almost any bathroom style - classic, modern, contemporary - and offering true design freedom. The line includes mixer and classic taps for washbasins and bidets, showerheads and taps for baths and showers, along with a series of matching porcelain accessories. Available in chrome and chrome/gold, Grandera products use Grohe EcoJoytm water-saving technology. They are made in Grohe Zero, a brass alloy developed by Grohe with a percentage of lead that is 90% less than in a traditional alloy and five times more resistant to corrosion and scratches than normal taps. Grandera’s combination of eco-friendliness and aesthetics was behind the decision of Milan’s UNA Hotel Century to use this range during its recent restyling. The goal of the restyling was to produce healthy, comfortable areas, suited to all customers, using materials with natural finishes, hues that recall earthy colours, minimal and contemporary furnishings and eco-friendly lighting. Grandera was a perfect match for such a goal, helping to create living spaces that are classic, yet contemporary.
