In the late 1970s, Alto Adige was the setting for the birth of duka, a company specialising in shower enclosures made from top quality raw materials in a very carefully monitored manufacturing process where production sustainability is essential. An ideal duka product is functional, keeping its characteristics over time, and customised according to the designer’s spec to produce a harmonious marriage of design and practicality. There are four segments for duka products: the freestanding Arreda solutions, the frameless Aura versions, the Vertica models with only vertical profiles and finally the Quadra boxes, with horizontal and vertical profiles. Acqua R 5000 (Quadra) and acqua 5000 (Aura) are two of the numerous shower enclosures available.
These sliding door options are ideal in sizeable bathrooms, adapting to recess, corner or even customised solutions. The standard height for both versions is 2 m, with glossy chromed aluminium handles and profiles. Both models can come with 8mm safety glass in a transparent (with white screen printing on the edge) or parsol grey version (with anthracite screen printing on the upper edge). Acqua R 5000 comes with the additional option of no screen printing on the upper edge. Acqua R 5000 and acqua 5000 boast the same design linearity of all duka shower enclosures, producing a sense of transparent lightness, while also being easy to assemble and clean.
