Promoted and organised by the international architecture magazine THE PLAN, THE PLAN Real Estate Award represents an incredible opportunity to showcase outstanding real estate operations and achieve international visibility.

Excellence of management, sustainability, and added value achieved by the real estate operation. Innovative entrepreneurship and process industrialization. Dialogue between players

Architectural research and creativity. Technologically innovative and digital design

Environmental footprint. Impact on the project’s economic and social fabric

Read the regulations and the submission guidelines
THE PLAN REAL ESTATE AWARD is a competition for an award sponsored by THE PLAN.
The subject matter of the contest shall be real estate development projects that have either been completed, are to be completed in the future, currently under construction, or not realized.
Submissions to the contest may be made by self-employed professionals, groups and businesses connected with the realty sector, namely: real estate developers, asset management companies, real estate investors, asset management, general contractors and real estate advisors..

THE PLAN REAL ESTATE AWARD is open to national and international self-employed professionals, groups and companies. Individual candidates, groups and companies may submit one or more projects.

- Interventions completed as of 1 January 2021 (identified as "Completed")
- Ongoing, unrealized or future projects (identified as "Future")

THE PLAN REAL ESTATE AWARD has three categories, specifically:

• Management, sustainability and valorization of the real estate operation
• Innovative entrepreneurship and industrialization of the process
• Dialogue among players

• Environmental footprint
• Impact on the economic and social context

• Architectural research and creativity
• Technological and digital innovation

For each project/intervention submitted, a subsequent typological specification will also be requested (Residential; Office; Commercial; Hospitality; Mixed use; Masterplanning) in order to proceed to a more balanced and coherent division and evaluation by the Jury.

Each project/intervention may compete in one or more categories.

Each project/intervention may only be entered once for the relevant category. If the same project/intervention is submitted by more than one company belonging to the same working group (e.g. property developer and general contractor), only the first application received in chronological order will be considered valid.

There will be one Completed and one Future winner in each category. The winners will also compete for the title of Overall Winner. One or more honorable mentions will be awarded if deemed appropriate by the Jury.
The projects/interventions which did not win one of the past editions may compete in the 2024 edition, provided they respect the time constraint indicated in art. 3.

The “Future” projects/interventions that won in one of the past editions may compete in the 2024 edition, as long as they have been completed and are therefore classified as "Completed" and no longer as "Future" (e.g. the 2022/23 winner in "Investment and Asset Management - Future" may compete in 2024 for "Investment and Asset Management - Completed").
Registration is possible from February 2, 2024.
Entry period and material upload from February 2, 2024 to September 30, 2024 (inclusive).
