Can a building anticipate the challenges of the future? Bernina 7 aims to lead these challenges. Instead of passively waiting for changes, it moves ahead with the strategic vision of a pioneer, activating a series of Open movements. The goal of the redevelopment was to create an open system that dialogues with the external context—an outpost in the neighborhood, anticipating future changes and offering a privileged view of the transformations in the former Scalo Farini area.

Bernina 7 has achieved LEED Platinum Certification. The building was also awarded WiredScore Gold certification for its exceptional digital connectivity, a crucial factor for prospective tenants. Bernina 7 worked closely with WiredScore to assess, enhance, and certify its digital infrastructure, ensuring ample space and support for service provider equipment. The building's infrastructure allows for quick installation of current and future connectivity needs, ensuring electrical resilience and accessibility. Moreover, a pre-installed fiber backbone facilitates reliable mobile and wireless connectivity.
