The new Tinexta headquarters is designed to meet the client's need to bring together all the group's companies and create a working place to encourage sharing, exchange and interaction between them. The project team was able to interpret the client's needs, translating their wishes into a modern and innovative workspace, structured work environments with desk sharing alternate with private spaces ideal for finding the necessary isolation and concentration, interrupted by areas wich characterise the entire intervention giving it clear recognition in terms of brand identity.
Innovation, collaboration, flexibility, experience and efficiency; the key words of a project with a strong identity. The new Milan Tinexta Headquarters occupy two floors of a building in Piazza Vetra in the city's historic centre, for a total of about 5,000 square metres with a branched floor plan for the operational functions, where the various group companies are located, and for top management.
Tinexta's need to bring together all the group's companies and create a workplace that encourages sharing has led to the creation of a large central space of around 200 square metres, intended for working together and increasing the sense of belonging of employees and collaborators. The area - which also houses the reception and is located at the entrance to the offices - is called the innovation centre because it is completely multimedia, with a very advanced technological content. This space is also intended for customer relations, favouring immersion in the world of Tinexta, where the company's innovation components are also communicated thanks to the design choices, characterised by broken, sloping line shapes: a lightning bolt emerges in 3D from the black outline of the ceiling.
The rest of the space is characterised by a succession of operational areas and meeting rooms. Each of the group's companies maintains its own smart area, which reproduces in small scale the large one in the innovation centre: here there are spaces for meetings, phone boots, and areas where one can work in a more informal manner.
The executive area is a more ‘institutional’ space: the fine materials create a classic-modern mood in line with the function of high representation that the space must guarantee, while all the top of the range technological solutions (audio-video) are housed in the boardroom.
The evolution of contemporary work forms has triggered a redefinition of the identity of office environments, which today are increasingly becoming containers of relationships and accelerators of ideas supported by services and facilities. Environments designed to be hybrid and flexible and therefore increasingly distant from the distributive and functional rigidity of the traditional office

Created by professionals with a strong international background in Space Planning and Interior Design, it extended its outreach to different fields, from Building Design to Urban Planning.
