The trapezoidal pattern on the facade is meticulously crafted using specialized formwork, stainless steel, and cast concrete surfaces, embossed like a relief onto the seamlessly poured concrete frame.This trapezoidal motif is consistently used throughout the building, reflected in the entrance wall columns, common staircase, and interior openings and glass balustrade patterns. This design creates soft shadows reminiscent of tree shades, adding dynamic elements to the space.

The building pays homage to the historical significance of the Musashino Plateau, acknowledging the area's ancient inhabitation and abundant water sources.The project optimizes natural light and ventilation by taking advantage of its location, which is surrounded by expansive front street and park spaces. This design choice allows the building to interact with its environment on two fronts: the street side and the park side.Openings on the park side invite the verdant hues of trees and the playful sights of children at the nearby daycare center, creating a visual link between the building and its surroundings.
