Residential building the prototype of a lot,but people's perceptions of the scale,the sun and air,bearing and scenery,safe,convenient,such as demand,for a long time did not change totally. Based on the concerns about the spatial scale,social communication, equality and safety of the community,and in order to solve the requirements of the ultra-high plot ratio of 2.33 under the 48m height limit condition,it is different from the common "big garden -Large slab building of determinant type",We chose the inward semi-enclosed courtyard as the basic space prototype of the group,and the enclosed space can also create the inward space with more sense of belonging.
abandoned all means to isolate the community, housing is divided into two clusters in the north and south. The landscape corridor between the clusters is open to the city,connecting the Shuangshui Park on the east side and the landscape walking axis on the west side. The project adopt a semi-enclosed layout form to form a stable and introverted courtyard group. Along the street and along the east Shuangshui Park,a number of door openings with symbolic and futuristic characteristics are set up to connect with the surrounding areas in an open community way. The natural landscape of the east Shuangshui Park can naturally penetrate into the interior of the courtyard space,forming a green and safe environment for pure walking on the ground.creates a unique experience of "living in the park".

Based on the basis of the acquaintance community of the resettlement housing,in order to further provide the possibility of interaction occurring,designs a set of skip-floor,cross-unit three-dimensional corridor system from the 1st to the 7th floor connecting the public spaces on different floors, called "three-dimensional neighborhoods". They combine different floors to arrange community service functions such as fitness, gathering, small theater, chess and cards, forming a coherent system of shared spaces in the sky, extending the interactions between units that could only occur on the ground floor to the vertical space, and also adding a rich, interesting space for intermediate level activities on the ground floor and the roof. The design of these interaction spaces and public services are applied to the resettlement and public tenant groups without distinction, and the active space design realizes the passive mixing of different people and better promotes the integration of people; the three-dimensional corridor system effectively shortens the path distance between units, and creates an atmosphere of interaction between old neighborhoods at will while dissipating the local spatial perception scale.
The rapid changes in contemporary society have made the construction outcome no longer an eternal beginning. We believe that "coexistence and inclusiveness" are more important than form stability.
