The Polat Levent Exclusive project blends modern architecture with Istanbul's Levent
district's historical and environmental context. Developed by GAD Architecture and
Polat Gayrimenkul, it balances urban needs with nature. Using biophilic principles
and parametric analysis, the design process considered client briefs, environmental
factors, and urban context. Refined through simulations and client discussions, it
creates a sustainable residential model that respects Levent's evolving landscape.

The Polat Levent Exclusive dynamically integrates with the surrounding urban area of Levent by balancing the bustling commercial zones with the residential character of the neighborhood. The building's architecture responds to the area's historical transformations, from a forested region to a metropolitan hub. It offers a sanctuary from urban hustle while maintaining a central city presence. The design blends an office building into the residential areas, providing unique views of the Bosphorus and the city skyline. The use of natural stone facades, expansive balconies, and green spaces creates a seamless connection between the building and its natural surroundings, enhancing the local environment.
The Polat Levent Exclusive project emphasizes sustainability and eco-compatibility
through various strategies: Biophilic Design: Natural stone exteriors, organic geometry, pools, and greenery on each level. Solar Control and Noise Reduction: Solar control glass and noise-reducing glass for better acoustic quality.Parametric Analysis: Optimization for ecological, climatic, and ergonomic factors. Post-Tension Systems: Enhanced structural integrity for expansive balconies. Environmental Features: Expansive glass facades for sunlight, integrated indooroutdoor spaces for views and air circulation. Using local stone and optimizing climatic performance show a strong commitment to eco-friendly practices.
