The approach adopted in the architectural concept reflects a modern philosophy, where the distribution has been designed to serve not only as a functional building, but also as a distinctive element of the area. The rational shape and volumetric composition integrate perfectly with the surrounding environment, creating a visual harmony between the nature of the space and the design vision. The architecture has been designed to capture attention, leaving a lasting impression on the minds of viewers, who will appreciate the balance between functionality and modern aesthetics that this project offers.

The design of the villa integrates seamlessly with the surrounding environment through large windows overlooking the garden and the use of natural materials such as wood and stone. The aim is to create an experience in harmony with nature, while offering comfort and luxury. The elements within the large garden enhance the connection with the landscape, underlining the project's commitment to creating a harmonious and sustainable environment.

The project was designed to ensure a higher quality of living spaces than that of a traditional building, thanks to the use of natural materials, the presence of geothermal renewable energy systems and the design of the interior spaces.
The building will be equipped with renewable energy systems, such as solar and photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity, a rainwater recovery system for irrigation of the gardens and guest parking lots. In addition, there will be natural ventilation systems and advanced thermal insulation to ensure greater comfort and a reduction in energy consumption.

Eco-sustainability: The new complex will be completely eco-sustainable, which means that during its useful life it will have a very low environmental impact.

Design elements: The area will be enriched with high-level plants and essences with the presence of a swimming pool with natural stone paths, which give a touch of design and contribute to creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

Diversification: Despite the architectural and material unity, the project provides for a diversification of spaces and functions, in order to satisfy the needs of the client and guests.

Redevelopment of the area: The project aims to redevelop the area with the presence of dilapidated buildings

the villa encompasses all the client's needs, creating a unique oasis away from the chaos of the city, in an elegant and charismatic way.

Curriculum

Architecture, interiors, design: the multidisciplinary approach of Pierattelli Architetture is reflected in tailored projects that combine functionality, aesthetics, flexibility, and innovation. Founded in Florence in the 1980s by architect Massimo Pierattelli, today the firm has a team of around 20 professionals, including his sons Andrea and Claudio. Initially focused on designing corporate headquarters and bank branches, the studio has expanded over the years into the hospitality, residential, and product design sectors. Extreme design flexibility ensures the ability to customize every single space: each architecture is conceived as a tailored gesture, shaped not only around the client but also the context in which it is placed. Reinterpreting the past and imagining the future thus become the main foundation of Pierattelli Architetture's work and projects.
