Returning to Nature: This project is located in the Huanglong Creek Valley of Chengdu. The project preserves the original forest and sea, and through the diversity of species, forms a natural circulation landscape system, aiming to create a living environment where humans and nature coexist harmoniously. We pay attention to the spatial connection between indoor and mountain areas, utilizing the differences in terrain and the receding forms to ensure that each household has a garden or terrace facing the mountain, creating a vibrant and warm living environment. Here, every household can harmoniously coexist with the natural landscape, allowing residents to enjoy the convenience of modern life while being as close to nature as possible.
The project is located on a hill with significant terrain undulations. The overall planning fully respects the site and conforms to the layout of buildings falling from the contour line. The placement of individual buildings with low front and high back restores the original terrain and presents a state of "seeing mountains or not", preserving the original natural ecology. The design fully respects the local terrain and landscape, and adapts the use of assembled decorative components in the domestic residential field to achieve its own shape and function, while also bearing some social and environmental responsibilities.
Adopting high-precision and innovative pre designed facade decoration HPC, reducing environmental pollution on construction sites, practicing low-carbon environmental protection, allowing every building to coexist harmoniously with the natural landscape, allowing residents to enjoy the convenience of modern life while maximizing their proximity to nature. This project is not only a residential community, but also a medium for us to convey fairness, inclusiveness, and green concepts to society. The HPC pre designed facade decoration outlines the rugged form of the building, and the wooden "treehouse" embellishments make the building more interesting and warm. The combination of "giant stones" and "treehouse" adds a touch of mystery and originality to the building. We focus on the interaction and connection between indoor and environmental factors, ensuring that each household has its own garden. At the same time, we are committed to creating fair and inclusive public areas. Through the careful connection of small and micro spaces, a complete public system is formed from block parks, community squares to neighborhood centers, allowing every resident to find their comfort in a rich and diverse public space.
