一场表皮的游戏 A game of skin 关键词：临时结构；建筑表皮；有限预算；快速建造；循环利用 Keywords: temporary structures; building skins; limited budgets; rapid construction; recycling 项目背景 Project background 基地位于天津市津南区咸水沽，项目利用幼儿园作为临时售楼处，通过增加建筑表皮的方式转换建筑性格，打造售楼处的昭示性。设计围绕“有限预算+快速建造+循环利用”的设计策略展开，是具有华远海蓝系售楼处标准化推广意义的设计探索。 The base is located in xianshuigu of Jinnan District in Tianjin. The project uses the kindergarten as a temporary sales office, which transform the building character by designing a building skin to create it's noticeable. The design was developed around the strategy of limited budget, rapid construction and cyclic utilization, which is a significance research of standardization and promotion of Huayuan Hailan's sales office. 方案生成 Scheme generation 天津，一个伫立在渤海之滨的城市，海浪筑堤，河流造路，沧海桑田，一批批先民纷至沓来，张网捕鱼，置灶煮盐，结群聚落，海洋文化随之繁荣生长，项目结合海蓝系案名及当地海洋文化，提取“海浪”作为表皮设计元素，旨在打造体现天津地域文化、适宜天津本土的示范区。通过模块化梳理，实现在有限预算条件下的快速建造，且表皮材料后续可循环利用，实现节能环保。 Tianjin is a coastal city, where build embankments and roads. Groups of ancestors coming, fishing nets and cooking salt. they became a group and marine culture flourishes. The project combine the design of the Hailan series and the local marine cultures, which extract waves as the building skin design element, project aim to creating a demonstration area that reflects Tianjin's regional culture and suitable for the local. Through design of modular of project that accomplished construction rapidly under limited budget conditions, and the building skin materials can be recycled in the future, that realized energy saving and environmental protection. 考虑到建筑的主要展示面为北向，选用亮面铝板，避免建筑过暗，凸显昭示性。从模型推敲到样板上墙再到建筑落成，材料对光的回应完美地达到了设计初衷。 The main display surface of the building is north-facing, designer use bright aluminum panels to avoid the building dark and highlight the architectural features. After model deliberation, model on the wall and building completion of several stages, the material's response to light perfectly reaches the design original intention. 建筑表情 Architectural facial expression 铝板材料能够很好的反映外部光环境，使建筑在一天中不同时间段呈现不同表情，增加了建筑的戏剧性。 The aluminum plate material can well reflect the external light environment, which make the building present various expressions at different times of day, and add the drama of the building. 整体考量 Overall consideration 作为建筑专业主导了景观及室内的设计，实现建筑景观室内一体化设计。用设计语言完整地诠释了天津的海洋文化。 As a major of architecture design, it leads the design of landscape and interior, and realizes the integrated design of architectural, landscape and interior. It fully interprets marine culture of Tianjin with design language. 外檐控制，匠心精神 Outer eaves control 从设计到施工，每一处考量都是新的挑战。大到体块的推敲、材料的选用、色彩的搭配，小到穿孔的设计、构件的衔接、收口的处理，对匠心精神的极致追求并非空口而谈，将每一寸细节落到实处，才能收获更大的惊喜。 From design to construction, each consideration is a new challenge. From macroscopic respects, it's about block consideration, material selection, and color collocation. From micro respects, it's about perforation design, the component connection, closing treatment and so on. Our pursuit of originality spirit is not empty, we fall detail design into place and achieve bigger surprise. 循环利用 Recycling 售楼处使命完成后，拆除的三角形铝板可拼接成灯箱、长椅、景观墙、树池等景观小品放置到住宅小区，或整体打包，组装成其他城市的海蓝系售楼处，实现标准化推广及循环利用，达到了控制成本和节能环保的效果。 After the mission of the sales office, the removed triangular aluminum plate can be splice into light boxes, benches, landscape walls, tree pools and other landscape facilities, which placed in the residential area. Or packing and assembling them into hanlan’s sales office of other cities, accomplishing standardization promotion and recycling, achieving cost control of project, energy conservation and environmental protection.
