ROUGH CONSTRUCTION: The load-bearing structure consists of a foundation slab, elevation walls and reinforced concrete pillars, the underground box is built with a waterproof white tank system. All internal separations are realised in masonry, guaranteeing excellent soundproofing by means of accurate attachment and support details of the planking, the divisions between flats are resolved by means of sound-insulated double masonry. DOOR AND WINDOWS: All the windows and doors are made of grey anodized aluminum with thermal break and triple glazing, guaranteeing maximum interior comfort, contained by anodized aluminum framed windowsills in which a slat blind system is integrated that can also be controlled via home automation. Residenza Bella fits into the market by positioning itself in a medium-high bracket thanks to high-level finishes, carefully chosen materials, energy efficiency and interior comfort guaranteed by state-of-the-art construction technologies. The sizes of the flats vary from the generous 2.5 rooms (from 55 to 68 m2) to 3.5 (from 92 to 105 m2).
