Sapico: office featured by style and personality

Functionality and individuality are notions that are inherent to each of our projects. Even if they are characterized by simple lines and shapes, these interiors offer plenty of comfort. This was also the case of Sapico, where we relied on the correct partition of the premises, so as to provide the office with all zones that are necessary for a good functioning.
The Sapico project was a complex one, in which we had to design several types of spaces that will guarantee the good activity of the company, but also to represent its business image.
In the working area we have created a common premise, offering enough space to guarantee personal comfort and isolating the premises by means of shelves. Thus, we kept the feeling of a large common space, but also that of privacy. In the meeting room we also applied rational zoning of space, which was divided into two parts: an area for the conference table and a common working area.
We customized the whole space, right from the reception. We created a waiting area where we introduced the symbolism of the company and notes of fabrics and geometric play of wooden slats. Next to this, we designed a space for daily meetings, isolated from the common work area of the employees.
In office space, we avoided bright colours and used the combination of white, black and grey, ennobling the entire premise with the warm texture of the wood. As contrasting features we used metal elements and details that give industrial accents. To liven up the atmosphere, we used live plants in the project. Large windows provide plenty of light during the day, and to ensure the same.
We also designed 2 individual offices for the management board. A generous space was reserved for the main office. It has been equipped not only with furniture for work, but also with seating areas, all designed in a minimalist and elegant way. Here we used neutral shades and ennobled the interior with warm wood textures and fine fabrics.
The accent space of the office is the meeting room. Given the fact that Sapico is a company that deals with the import and production of food, here we designed an exhibition space. To achieve this we used simple lines, so that the emphasis is on products. At the same time, the scenic lighting and wooden slats enhance the area. For the meeting area we chose mobile tables, which can be reconfigured as needed. We kept the stylistic and the chromatic line, so as to create a business atmosphere detached from the patterns of formality.
The design line continues in the kitchen, where there is also the structure of the wood that dissolves the sterility of the space. Toilets are the only rooms that address a different color. Even so, especially for this project we created custom washbasins and we approached each element individually.
