Premier yet affordable homes for first-time buyers
Canyon Drive is located south of Beachwood Canyon in Los Angeles, California. The design by Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects [LOHA] optimizes its footprint with gracefully curved exterior walls of aluminum panels and storefront glazing.
The base of the building provides two-car garages for the residents and is cladded with rich cedar. Living areas above provide privacy and an abundance of natural light. The rooftop terraces replace backyards and provide the advantage of breathtaking views of the city.
The structure seamlessly connects the exterior and interior spaces and experiences. Its airy volumes create a sense of freedom. The interior design by Disc Interiors compliments the architecture with every attention to detail.
Canyon Drive respects the residential scale of the place while introducing its unique geometry and character. This project is a success on a multitude of levels.
