Architectural quality and customized furnishings produce comfort that definitely does not slip by unnoticed. Ad hoc furnishing optimizes space use, and produces unique solutions, with combinations of color, materials and finishings that characterize an environment, suggesting elegance and quality. The Höller group has over sixty years of experience in creating made-to-measure wooden solutions. The group’s balance between solid artisan traditions and innovative approach made it natural for it to move into creating modern furniture, where every detail is given importance and lasting pieces are guaranteed. Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa in Lucerne is a superb example of the group’s amalgamation of quality craftsmanship and experience. This 5-star hotel spreads across multiple complexes, running alongside the lake 450 m up the slope, in a merger of modern comfort and Swiss tradition. The Höller group was tasked with creating the public spaces for the main building, producing a made-to-measure reception and lobby, lobby bar, lounge area with boutique, restaurant with its own cellar, cinema with a bar, and ballroom. Elegant, charming spaces were created by focusing on the details and using customized solutions, without ever making the space too cold. Additionally, for the second Bürgenstock Resort complex - the Waldhotel at the edge of the wood - Höller was tasked with creating two complete floors, one for the medical spa and the other for a wellness zone with saunas, indoor pools and a relaxation area. Höller employed a team of designers and expert carpenters to create sophisticated yet comfortable spaces in which, once again, the quality of the design and the elegance of the materials emerge.
