Duravit has participated in the project

Designed in partnership with Kurt Merki Jr., the XSquare bathroom range by Duravit has characteristically rounded (quarter-circle) profiles edging all furniture units. On the floor-standing model, the transition to the leg frame is absolutely seamless. This new range of bathroom furniture perfectly matches ceramic products like DuraSquare, Vero Air, ME by Starck, and P3 Comforts, thus offering a wide gamut of solutions for all bathroom requirements, while ensuring consistent stylish elegance throughout whatever the fixtures and fittings: toilets, tap fittings, shower trays, free-standing or built-in tubs, and accessories. The XSquare console washbasin vanity units come in five different widths (800-1,600 mm) and in single or double washbasin options. For the DuraSquare, Vero Air, ME by Starck, and P3 Comforts ranges, there are seven different widths to choose from. Vanity units come with an extractable element or two drawers. Further storage space is available by adding a cabinet, available in two heights, tall and semi-tall. Handle-free “push-to-open” fronts complete the clean sleek lines of the whole range. The new finishes - matt light blue, matt concrete gray, and satin-matt aubergine - and a linen décor finish mean that customers can choose from 28 finishes in décor matt or lacquer, satin-matt or high-gloss. In addition, choosing a cabinet in a matching color to the console, either in the same range or in solid walnut, allows even further mix-and-match possibilities according to personal taste and requirements. The Duravit mirrors complete the bathroom furniture offering. Mirrors come in eight widths (450-1,600 mm) and mirror cabinets in four (600-1,200 mm), all designed to be a perfect match for the furniture. The chrome edging of the mirrors echoes the elegant design of the furniture. Mirrors are illuminated by two 35 mm side bands. Lights are controlled by a contact-free sensor; other controls include the Ambilight - providing indirect light from both sides - and a heat-producing anti-steam system. Finally, all mirrors have a system allowing regulation of the color of the light above 300 lux - from warm tones at 2,700 Kelvin up to cold light at 6,500 Kelvin - allowing users to create their personalized comfort zone, even in the smallest room. With XSquare, Duravit completes its bathroom suite, offering a range of elegant contemporary products that can be put together according to personal taste and needs and still produce a refined environment where all the elements are a perfect fit.
