Ceramic parquet technology

In recent years, the wood effect has become one of the most popular of the many ceramic options available, combining durability, resistance to wear and ease of cleaning, with the warm, welcoming hues that only wood has. Par-Ker is Porcelanosa’s ceramic parquet, born by bringing nanotechnology - focusing on the molecular level - to ceramic manufacturing to achieve unique designs that truly capture the texture and grain of real wood. Par-Ker is highly resistant to wear and scratching, making it ideal for areas with high levels of pedestrian traffic, such as malls, restaurants, offices and hotels. The tiles can be installed as flooring or wall cladding, inside or outside (even on a façade), as the colors do not fade in the sun and the material is highly resistant to even the most adverse weather conditions. The AntiSlip version adds further safety and is ideal for areas that get wet, like bathrooms, pool borders and many other uncovered spaces. The strip format means parquet floors can be mimicked to great effect, and the range of textures and colors offers wonderful design freedom in which architects can truly be guided by their own creativity.
