Every project has a different level of complexity and requires a wide range of skills throughout the design and delivery phase, including project management, implementation, site management and even the reuse of materials at the end of their life cycle, all in line with a circular economy model. Agilité, an international company specializing in office and retail fit-out, helps clients develop effective strategies to optimize project delivery and manage the challenges that naturally arise. As a certified B Corp, Agilité ensures compliance with ESG criteria – Environmental, Social and Governance – throughout the project development process.
In 2019, the company opened its office in Milan, a city where it has completed some of its most important furnishing projects. For example, the Stuart Weitzman showroom, located in the heart of the fashion district, showcased Agilité’s expertise in various interior design services, including the design of interventions to transform the space according to the brand’s guidelines and the supervision of the subsequent setting up and management of the construction site. Similar expertise was applied to a project in the Serenissima building at 27 Via Turati and to the creation of the END store in the historic Palazzo Venezia on Piazza Cordusio. For the latter project, Agilité provided a full range of services, including pre-construction management, upgrading of facilities, execution of all finishes, and selection and coordination of various subcontractors. The careful selection of furnishings and finishes is of paramount importance and is closely linked to the company’s commitment to sustainability. This commitment was exemplified in the project for RWE’s Rome offices, where unwanted furniture was donated to a charity.
