Brickell Flatiron

The latest edition to the Miami skyline is the Brickell Flatiron tower, an impressive 64-story building designed by Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors by Iosa Ghini Associati. This curving skyscraper has rapidly become a style and design icon for the Brickell district of downtown Miami, with Margraf’s precious marble and special modular tiles used to clad the interior and exterior of the wondrous lobby. The façade is deliciously covered in polished Zebrato and Striato Elegante marble, mirroring the flowing forms of the tower, with more Striato Elegante marble used on the floor to invite guests and residents in. The soaring glass windows in the lobby flood light into the space, drawing out the iridescent beige and grey veins of the nearly 450 sq. m of Palissandro - a special natural stone with intriguing markings - used for the floor and the reception desk.

For the 527 condos on the upper floors, the choice fell on two types of marble blocks, Bianco Statuarietto, a natural white limestone, and Botticino Fiorito Light Margraf, a natural beige stone. Each unit will be customized using quality Italian furnishings and finishings according to the specific desires of the owner. The skyscraper also offers plenty of services for residents, with a gym, a large swimming pool, a cinema, an events hall, a pool hall and a games room for children. The 64^th floor is the sumptuous setting for a spa that, accessed via a corridor of amazing Bianco Siberia white marble, has numerous massage rooms and a Turkish bath clad in sanded Bianco Venezia natural stone. Finally, the three outdoor pools in brushed Pietra Ducale stone - including two for private use - provide sweeping views of Miami and add a note of magic to this skyscraper design.
