C.9.1.4.3 – The visual representation of text or images containing text does not always meet the minimum required contrast ratio, except in specific exemptions (e.g., logos).
C.9.1.4.5 – Text images are sometimes used in place of plain text and are neither customizable nor essential to the information conveyed.

C.9.2.4.3 – On sequentially navigable web pages where navigation order affects meaning/function, some focusable elements are not in a meaningful or logical order.
C.9.2.4.4 – The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text or its surrounding content.
C.9.2.4.6 – Some headings and/or labels do not adequately describe content or functionality.
C.9.2.4.7 – Certain interactive elements lack visible focus indicators.
C.9.3.2.2 – When user input alters a UI component setting, the context changes without warning.
C.9.3.2.4 – Identical functionalities across web pages are not labeled consistently.
C.9.3.3.1 – Input errors are not always identified and/or described textually to the user.
C.9.3.3.2 – Labels or instructions are not always provided when user input is required.
C.9.4.1.2 – The name, role, state, properties, and values of some UI components (e.g., form fields, links, script-generated elements) are not correctly set or communicated to assistive technologies.
C.9.4.1.3 – Status messages are not announced in a way that can be detected by assistive technologies without moving focus.
