All windows and doors frames are realized with extruded profiles in aluminium alloy EN AW 6060, according to the EN 573/3 regulation. They consist of two connected aluminum shells thermally broken through polyamide strip bars reinforced with glass fiber, and distinguished by a low conductivity value in order to reduce the thermal exchange between the metal masses.
Their locking is mechanical and marked by an external rolling, obtained through the milling of the aluminum seat, to avoid slidings.
The innovative gasket made of double density EDPM contributes to improving the performances of the profile, that can be installed whether in continuity or with the traditional system characterized by vulcanized corners.
According to the UNI EN 14351-1 regulation, the metal builder can put the CE Marking on all windows and doors frames realized with Top TB 65.
