Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier

For Le Corbusier, color was of primary importance in building design. After years of study, he developed a color keyboard that remains unique of its kind even today. Based on a selection of natural pigments, his Polychromie architecturale includes 63 colors in a limited number of shades that can be freely combined. The wide range of color combinations and their depth make this great architect’s palette a timeless reference for operators still today. Accordingly, Jung is now offering the Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier range on its classic LS 990 switch - the famous square light switch developed by this German company more than 40 years ago in deference to the Bauhaus emblem. Switches, sockets, push-button or rotary dimmers, but also KNX push-button F50 sensors and the controls of more than 200 environment and smart home functions ranging from lighting, temperature, blinds and multimedia equipment control, are now all available in a wide color range. To highlight the depth of Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier, each individual element is painted by hand using a special process to ensure every piece has a perfect matt finish. The LS ZERO - the flush mounted version of the LS 990 - now also comes in 26 Les Couleurs® Le Corbusier shades, as well as in four new metal colors: stainless steel, aluminum, dark and classic brass - and of course, pure alpine white.
