The design brief requires the design of a highway station for transit tourists to stay, rest and recuperate, providing tourist services, energy supplies, wine tasting, supporting commercial vacations and courtyard residential and other functions, with the goal of building a top tourism complex that integrates vacation and health and wellness services. The natural resources around the base are rich and the environment is pure. The local coastal mangroves, Li culture, wine culture and other landscapes are rich in cultural heritage. Abstract integration of local regional elements in the design, combined with the direction of transit flow and functional positioning, formed the overall design intention of " FOREST • SEA • FLOWING WINE CUPS".

The multi-dimensional design explores the symbiosis and co-prosperity of the project with the city and nature. Development strategy: Through dynamic and static zoning, residential areas and public buildings are relatively independent, which is convenient for real estate development and later maintenance; Urban strategy: The public building group is set on the north side of the site to meet the needs of the city and transit roads. At the same time, two landscape corridors are set through the site to open to the city; Landscape strategy: the tree structure of designer resort hotel and landscape tower closely echoes the surrounding mangrove environment;, and the greening of the ground and roof creates a rich three-dimensional landscape garden.
The design considers a variety of green ecological design, including vertical greening, permeable pavement, outdoor vegetation shading, roof greening and photovoltaic design, and residential grille shading measures. The circular buildings in the public area use concrete and brick facades to improve the internal ventilation of the buildings and effectively reduce the indoor temperature in summer. The residential area simulates the high-density and compact layout of traditional Chinese courtyards, and enhances the comfort of approachable scale through structures such as cold alleys and vertical patios.
Theme landmark: This is a cultural settlement with the theme of wine between the mountains and the sea. The theme resort hotel with the tree structure and the landscape tower closely echo the mangrove by the sea. The circular building group is the use of wine bottles and barrels, echoing the scene of cups passing; The inverted conical roof is the modern reconstruction of the living culture of Li nation. Diversified experience: The project is divided into static and dynamic areas, relatively independent. The north district is dominated by public buildings, with tourist distribution center for external services, wine tasting hall and other supporting businesses, providing tourists with a rich and diverse space experience; The South district is based on the courtyard residential settlement, providing a variety of health care housing products. Balanced symbiosis: From the development strategy, urban strategy and ecological strategy, study the symbiosis and co-prosperity of the project with the city and nature, and improve the adaptability and sustainability of the future development of the project. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the site landscape characteristics, cultural reflection and functional positioning of the station, the design is discussed and carried out from the aspects of theme landmarks, diversified experiences and balanced symbiosis, hoping to provide a design proposal with the beauty of the mountains and seas as well as the distinct characteristics and sustainable developments.
The project is characterized by the exploration of regional culture and wine culture with the orientation of " FOREST • SEA • FLOWING WINE CUPS ". The scheme creates a variety of differentiated space nodes, and the architectural form language is distinctive and imaginative. The spatial form of the scheme is dense and dense, and the space of two sea-facing corridors is shaped to reflect the environmental characteristics of the site.
