The genesis of the project stemmed from a desire to redefine the conventional boundaries of architectural design and create a space that seamlessly integrates various aspects of life and work. The design concept is rooted in the notion of ‘Blurring the Boundaries Architecture.’ This approach underpins our design philosophy, challenging conventional spatial functions between home, office, and context. Central to our design philosophy is the strategic use of glass blocks throughout the building. This material not only reflects the business identity, which focuses on distributing vaccines for the agricultural sector but also emphasizes cleanliness and hygiene. Serving as a multifunctional element, glass blocks delineate functional boundaries while fostering unity and fluidity within the space.

The project dynamic relationship with the surrounding landscape and urban area is characterized by an integration of architecture, functionality, and context, resulting in a harmonious built environment. The design seamlessly merges with its surroundings, blurring the boundaries between the built and natural landscapes. Through strategic placement and use of glass blocks, the project maximizes natural light, fosters transparency, and enhances the overall aesthetic of the urban area. Moreover, it serves as a link between the urban environment and the agricultural sector it serves, reflecting the region identity while providing a modern space for distribution. In essence, the project contributes to the urban fabric enhancement while maintaining a strong connection to its context and purpose.

Our project has taken sustainability and eco-compatibility into strong consideration. The project prioritizes passive design principles, utilizing open-plan layouts to maximize natural light and efficient air circulation. The building form avoids complete enclosure, reducing the need for extensive air conditioning and fostering a sustainable and pleasant environment. A key feature of sustainability efforts is the extensive use of glass block. These blocks not only reduces heat transfer into the building through its air gap but also offers significant environmental benefits. Glass block is 100% recyclable, low-maintenance, and highly durable, aligning with commitment to sustainable design. Its dynamic relationship with light allows creation aesthetically pleasing and energy-efficient spaces.

The Where's House Warehouse stands as a testament to innovative architectural design and thoughtful integration of various functionalities. At its core, the project aims to redefine traditional boundaries and create a unique blend space that seamlessly harmonizes with diverse aspects of life and work. The project key strength lies in its concept of ‘Blurring the Boundaries Architecture’. This approach challenges conventional demarcations between different spatial functions, notably between home, office, and context. By strategically integrating these functions, our design fosters a dynamic environment that promotes productivity, collaboration, and well-being. At the heart of the design is the strategic use of glass blocks. These blocks not only reflect the business identity, focusing on distributing vaccines and livestock supplements for the agricultural sector, but also emphasize cleanliness, hygiene, and energy efficiency. The transparent and translucent nature of glass blocks creates a seamless integration between the built environment and its surroundings. In summary, The concept embodies a design philosophy that goes beyond aesthetics, it represents a bold exploration of architectural boundarie. Its defining characteristics include its innovative design approach, strategic use of materials, and commitment to sustainability. It is a testament to the power of architecture to inspire, enrich, and transform lives, and we are honored to showcase its strengths in the PLAN Awards.

Throughout the process, the synergy collaborative journey between the client and design team has been integral to the realization of this project. Beyond merely creating a functional space, the client's vision was to cultivate an environment that authentically embodies the company's values, aspirations, and unwavering commitment to excellence. The result is not just a physical structure but a living testament to the shared dedication to craftsmanship and quality.
