The location, orientation and slope of the site had a major impact on the creation of the form and the land use decisions. Maximizing the view and providing various access options from different levels granted by the integration of interior and exterior. The steep slope allowed to provide the separation of functions such as commercial areas, restaurants, housing and car parks. The view through the valleys and the city creates a very attractive spot not only for the residents but also for the visitors.

Environmental concerns as well as climatic conditions of the region were taken into consideration. Green roofs and terraces have been implemented within the design, allowing greenery to be used as a protection against sun and heat. All residential units are designed to have smart house amenities included, which is expected to reduce energy consumption and minimize the waste considerably. Besides the local materials such as local stones sustainable and renewable materials are used.
