The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly project will drive significant economic growth in Downtown Manhattan, creating jobs during construction and permanent positions in property management, maintenance, and hospitality post-completion. It will stimulate local commerce through increased demand for services and attract new residents, businesses, and tourists, further benefiting New York City's economy. The project serves as a catalyst for regeneration, contributing to the city’s tax base and fostering sustainable growth, making a lasting positive impact on both the neighborhood and the broader economic landscape.

As developers, our role encompassed overseeing the entire development process, from concept to completion. This involved managing relationships with the design team, including architects and interior designers, as well as coordinating with the construction team from bidding to construction. Additionally, we ensured smooth communication across the supply chain, fostering collaboration among all stakeholders. Transparency and open participation were key to the project's success. We also prioritized building strong relationships with neighboring properties, including the NY High School of Economics and Finance, Cloud Hotel, and the former New York Stock Exchange, ensuring community support for the development.

The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly is an 88-floor luxury tower in Downtown Manhattan, offering 272 residences with exceptional skyline views. Located in a prime area near Tribeca, Battery Park City, and the Seaport, it provides seamless access to shopping, dining, cultural landmarks, and waterfront greenspaces. The building features a sleek curtain wall of curved glass and mullions, with 22,000+ square feet of exclusive amenities, including a Technogym fitness center, saltwater lap pool, spa, beauty room, private dining with ocean views, and a theater room. The 16th floor offers additional amenities like outdoor kitchens, lounge areas, and a children's playroom. Residents enjoy concierge services, high-speed elevators, and convenient storage options.
