Ozzano Factory was born from the desire and vision of redeveloping post-industrial areas and reorganizing the social and residential fabric.
It all started from listening and trying to reinterpret people's needs. Returning to the aggregative condominium, in search of a constant dialogue between the indoor and outdoor space of homes.
We have tried to bring back the roots of architecture as a place of living by making the spaces, the volumes and the surrounding nature dialogue.

One of our cornerstones has always been eco-sustainability and the use of renewable sources. We have doubled the value established by the Emilia-Romagna Region in terms of photovoltaic kilowatts, immediately preparing the doubling of photovoltaic kilowatts per home. Furthermore, the systems created are not condominiums but individual for each home.
