The project was a real enlightenment. The residential completion area was located in the nerve center of the Ozzano community. Its land morphology and the careful study of the municipal parameters to be respected for the use of the existing cubic capacity, allowed us, right from the start, to be able to realize, in the center of Ozzano dell'Emilia, a construction of three buildings with horizontal development.
This has allowed us to create an indoor swimming pool in each building for the use of the owners of these homes.
The company I represent places “man” at the centre of the project, his needs and above all the quality of life.
Therefore, starting from the psycho-physical rebalancing of people, everything revolves around the search for WELL-BEING.
It was a complex process that required a study of colors and materials.
Since the three buildings are developed around a small and charming city park, which will soon be named after a local writer, and given the presence of centuries-old trees, we decided to work with eco-sustainable materials with a wood effect. The materials of the external facades are made of regenerated hardwood fibers and clear plastic bottles, making it up to 95% green.
In this project we carried out a careful construction analysis, starting from the search for “green” concrete and highly sustainable bricks.
The design of homes equipped with controlled mechanical ventilation and “intelligent” internal humidity sensors has allowed the construction of homes with high environmental comfort, but with very low energy consumption.
All this, following the NZEB zero energy building guides.
It is certainly the fusion of two key elements: respect for the environment and people's needs.
Which need to regenerate within their own “domus” and draw energy from the surrounding nature.
CONTEMPORARY, with its architecture of volumes crafted in warm tones that blend well with the ventilated facades made of composite and natural wood.
ELEGANT, with dynamic shapes, spacious terraces, and immersed in a context of greenery and significant trees present in the area itself, all this tells of an intervention aimed at shaping an environment of tranquillity and well-being.
STRATEGIC, the intervention will be carried out in the heart of the city of Ozzano dell'Emilia, thus ensuring fluidity and dynamism in daily mobility. The new bike path guarantees the opportunity to comfortably and safely reach the municipality of San Lazzaro di Savena and the city of Bologna.
An exclusive relaxation area will be created with a beautiful newly designed indoor pool reserved for you, with direct access from the home elevator.
The residences will be built using bio-construction methods in compliance with the nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) guidelines, utilizing cutting-edge materials to make the house healthy, ecological, economical, and safe.
With this intervention we have developed a project that is both futuristic and naturalistic. In short, I consider this intervention a new style of home and living.
