Palazzo Revere is an ambitious residential redevelopment project located in the heart of Milan's historic center, at Via Revere 3, within the prestigious Magenta district. Led by ARDIAN in partnership with Investire SGR, this project marks their first venture into the luxury residential market, with the goal of transforming a late 19th-century building into a collection of high-end residences. The architectural design, entrusted to the renowned Milanese firm DE AMICIS ARCHITETTI, masterfully blends historical sensitivity with cutting-edge innovation, creating a living experience that is both rooted in tradition and propelled by the future.
This redevelopment project not only revitalizes a historic building but sets a new standard for modern living in Milan, combining timeless elegance, state-of-the-art technology, and a deep respect for the city’s Milanese identity. One of the building's most striking feature is its internal façade, a luminous, glass-clad structure that radiates light throughout the courtyard, becoming an emblem of architectural innovation. Palazzo Revere is guided by Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, with sustainability at its core. The project incorporates renewable energy systems, including geothermal heating and cooling and photovoltaic panels. Advanced energy-saving technologies, such as automated building management systems, high-efficiency thermal insulation, electric vehicle charging stations and energy-efficient lighting, are woven throughout the design to reduce operating costs and minimize the building's environmental footprint. Emphasis has been placed on the quality of materials, where the selection of the highest-grade finishes ensures that the building will endure for generations. The total gross surface area of approximately 6,000 square meters encompasses two main sections. The primary structure rises seven stories high, thanks to the conversion of a once-uninhabitable attic, while the secondary structure, an independent wing, opens onto the serene internal courtyard. The street-facing façade preserves the late 19th-century character, maintaining the building's historic identity and ensuring it remains in dialogue with the surrounding Milanese heritage. Meanwhile, the interior-facing façade embodies the essence of Milan’s contemporary spirit, blending craftsmanship and innovation in a uniquely style that reflects both the city's deep-rooted tradition and its forward-thinking ethos. Alongside standard apartments, there are duplex units and two independent urban villas, each featuring generous outdoor spaces, from terraces to private gardens. Every unit is meticulously designed to achieve an EPC Grade A energy rating, underlining the project's commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
