In terms of overall planning, we propose a super habitat between mountains and seas, with different functions such as garage, commercial, and community facilities stacked flat to meet the functional needs at different elevations, and to form a complete aerial garden across blocks. We will introduce nature and hope to create a pedestrian friendly, public open public place that can accommodate various public needs, becoming a three-dimensional community that links the "Shenzhen Supermarket"

In the tower section, we combine the climate and living characteristics of Lingnan, emphasizing the interaction between living and nature. The internal space flows and is transparent, forming a super city cluster that extends upwards in accordance with the super chassis. Together with surrounding buildings, we construct a super city cluster, with staggered layouts between each building to minimize eye contact. At the same time, we absorb better external landscape views, forming a vertical neighborhood for exploring future lifestyles. On the aerial garden level, an elevated entrance hall, wind and rain corridors, and diverse functional facilities are installed to build a natural, comfortable, and fully equipped residential public system. It is a future living model with ultra-high natural penetration and strong public connections.

Functional composite development, effective and open resource integration, efficient land use, people-oriented, integrating resources together, intensive development, land layout and urban planning form a tropical rainforest like canopy structure, and an ecological settlement where large and medium-sized trees and surface plants coexist and shelter each other. The integration of multiple functional forms empowers space, promotes a low-carbon and environmentally friendly lifestyle, and the ubiquitous urban green islands and forests, as well as the harmonious composite transportation of components and nature, form an environmentally friendly and sustainable development.

Continuing the low-carbon ecosystem, defining the future image: interconnectivity, shaping flexible urban forms, building highly connected, highly permeable, vibrant and sustainable livable communities. Adding urban diversity in space and filling urban gaps: creating successful and comfortable spaces, growing commercial and residential areas, seeking spatial synergy and ecological integration, integrating functions in different dimensions and scales, and reaching open spaces where mountains and rivers can be explored, where there are people to see, where there are people to visit, and where there are people to live.

The project is located in the northwest corner of the core area, where enterprise headquarters and top residential apartments gather. The commercial district is mature, 300 meters away from the Hongshuwan subway station and 3.6 kilometers away from the Shenzhen Bay Port. The plot serves as the "full stop" of the northern extension of the Shenzhen Metro and also serves as the gateway to the northern city.
