Through profound communication and site visits with the client, the design concept deeply grasps the company's spirit. As a globally trusted service provider in the field of power measurement, a rational and pragmatic approach permeates the entire headquarters building. The architectural image of the main body emphasizes the rational order of space, and the rigorous facade system conveys the company's spirit.

The project is located in Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province, where industrial factory buildings are clustered in the surrounding area. This design breaks away from the traditional zoning layout of factory areas and takes into account the overall operation of various departments such as management, operations, research and development, production, and inspection. By ingeniously integrating multiple functions into a central space in the shape of the Chinese character "回" (meaning "return" or "loop"), the factory buildings and offices are closely connected. This design not only meets the daily needs of efficient operation but also fulfills the future requirement of the factory serving as a showcase for the company's visitors.

Efficient Operation System Refactoring

By ingeniously integrating multiple functions into a central space in the shape of the Chinese character "回" (meaning "return" or "loop"), the factory buildings and offices are closely connected. This design not only meets the daily needs of efficient operation but also fulfills the future requirement of the factory serving as a showcase for the company's visitors.

Shaping Rational Spatial Order

The architectural image of the main body emphasizes the rational order of space, and the rigorous facade system conveys the company's spirit.

Creating Humanistic Media Exchange

The public atrium unfolds along a large staircase in the headquarters office area, where people gather for social interactions during break times. Open galleries are also provided on the exterior of the building, allowing people to roam and explore different views within the courtyard. In the concise and efficient corporate space, comfortable areas for communication and exchange are created.

Advocating Green and Low-Carbon Concepts

This project fully considers energy efficiency management after the building's operation, utilizing daylighting and natural ventilation through the atrium and improving the thermal insulation performance of the external wall structure. The factory roof is equipped with solar panels, serving as the primary energy supply for the factory area.
