Tower 55 project in Oerlikon have been focusing on creating a landmark structure that blends modern living, sustainability, and urban integration. Tower 55 was designed to be a significant addition to the Oerlikon skyline, enhancing the urban landscape. Its location in a culturally rich and bustling district suggests a vision to integrate the building seamlessly into the existing urban fabric, contributing to the area's vitality and appeal. The involvement of renowned architects, contractors, and builders in the project indicates a vision focused on excellence in design and construction.

Tower 55 not only offers stylish living spaces but also accommodates areas for gastronomy and business. Its location in the lovely Oerlikon district, known for its industrial charm, is surrounded by supermarkets, shopping centers, a diverse gastronomic scene, and a rich cultural offering including theaters, sports, and concert venues, making it a highly desirable location.

One of the most striking aspects of Tower 55 is its commitment to energy efficiency. The building features full-height window elements that not only provide panoramic views but also optimize natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting. This is complemented by a ventilated natural stone facade, which contributes to thermal insulation, thereby reducing heating and cooling demands. The use of in-situ concrete in construction provides excellent thermal mass, helping to naturally regulate the building's temperature. This, along with the incorporation of energy-efficient HVAC systems, significantly lowers the tower's carbon footprint.

The design of Tower 55 goes beyond the building itself. The inclusion of extensive parking facilities for lightweight two-wheelers and bicycles encourages the use of environmentally friendly transportation options among residents. This initiative aligns with the growing trend of reducing reliance on fossil-fuel-powered vehicles in urban settings. In addition to its structural and location-based sustainability features, Tower 55 incorporates green spaces in the form of postmodern loggias. These spaces offer residents areas to relax and connect with nature, improving overall well-being and fostering a sense of community within the urban setting.

Tower 55 in Oerlikon is more than just a residential and commercial complex; it's a model for sustainable urban development. By seamlessly integrating eco-friendly design, energy efficiency, and sustainable living practices, it represents a forward-thinking approach to modern urban living, one that respects the environment while providing a high quality of life for its residents.
