The project is located in the North Bund of Shanghai.Historic buildings are interwoven with the city skyline, and the continuation of history and culture coexists with the new genes that continue to grow. The building as a new gene of the North Bund, has a sculptural quality in its space, shape and exterior, echoing the surrounding environment. We extracted the broken line elements of the building to create an office space with a relatively free sculptural nature. Through repeated juxtaposition and superposition commonly used in sculpture, positive space is a restricted space, while negative space is produced by hollowing out an existing entity.

With the open atrium design in the front area, the floor-to-ceiling Windows look across the Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone, offering a panoramic view of the city. The main light fiber optic art installation enhances the artistry of the space. The mirror ceiling further elongates and deepens the effect of space, enriching the visual level. The definition of interior space is divided by volume and line and plane form. The use of irregular polyhedra allows the concept of sculpture to continue in space. A large area of ultra-white glass replaces the thick wall, and the thin and thin line borders are hidden inside. The physical partition volume of the meeting room is minimized. The ultra-white glass carries the functional division while blurring the boundaries of space and restoring the excellent city skyline scenery.
The office will house up to more fully energetic employees. The main goal was to activate the space into one that energizes creativity and attracts the top talents, a space that is vibrant, transparent, and inspires a greater sense of collaboration as well as productivity.
