01 Volume and Space The site of the project is tight and especially narrow in the north. Starting from site planning, the design integrates architecture, interior, landscape and lighting. The planning of the space conforms to the changes of the site, arranges and combines every functional spaces, and forms architectural space and functional plane that meet the functional requirements through the organization of reasonable spatial streamline. The three-dimensional space of the building highlights the freedom of the space through the interpenetration and torsion of the block. The interlacing of various angles of the volume creates many vertical and parallel line angles. The choice of materials and the treatment of interlacing make the facade of the building released in the environment. South of the site is the main road of the city, which is the main display surface of the architectural image. The facade along the street is designed to showcase the interior functions completely in the commercial facade of the building, creating a transparent and fuzzy spatial boundary, which makes the visual experience of the interior and exterior coherent and integrated. Continuous elements are placed into the building facade -- the combination of GRC folding board and LED light belt connects the building blocks in series on the facade to strengthen the integrity and logic of composition, thus forming a coherent and unified architectural image. Under the language interweaving of arc curve and transparent glass, a simple and smooth visual appearance is presented. Under the background of internal and external lights, the whole space is just like a shop window with exquisite and rich connotation in the city. 02 Unlimited View in Limited Space When entering the reception hall, wide and comfortable double-height space, unveils the space prologue. The front desk is made of marble to highlight the space style. The vertical separation of the wall strengthens the vertical height of the space. At the same time, white piano paint makes the wall like piano keys, forming a sense of rhythm. The space as a whole creates an artistic space atmosphere with a large and pure white tone. By means of surface extension and folding, the partition between the internal plane, facade and structure of the space is eliminated. The arrangement of the array creates a sense of order, extending the visual depth experience of the streamlined space, clear and pure. Floor-to-ceiling Windows bring the outdoor landscape into our view, creating the visual effect of "Unlimited View in Limited Space". Iron gray spray fluorocarbon paint, marble, mirror stainless steel and other dark materials in the pure white space to achieve a balance, creating a sense of virtual and real. The space of water bar and finance room is expressed by architectural thinking. Through the interspersing of lines and blocks, the transition between space and space becomes interesting and the layers become diverse. The VIP room continues the arc shape, carrying out the visual elements to the end.The collocation of pure rice white and gray, supplemented by the brown ornament, composed in no lack of elegance. 03 Landscape In terms of interior space, matching outdoor space is an extension of interior space. The water feature in front of the building is like a mirror, as if there is another space between the building and the reflection. The undulating landscape wall forms a continuous interaction with the architectural form, and the sense of space is very smooth. This dynamic and varied space formally caters to the functional and aesthetic needs of commercial projects.
