The sales center is located in Shenzhen, China, with a total area of 550㎡. It is adjacent to the SMS Pingshan Middle School, which has strong academic atmosphere and is surrounded by a unique ecological environment, providing a beautiful natural landscape and favorable conditions for creating a high-end experience. The designer hopes to present a sample, forerunner and demonstration of future urban life in Shenzhen. Thus, this excellent space serving property sales has been created. Its overall design meets the basic functional needs of visiting, negotiating and experiencing, while embodying the poetry of the city and the space. The sales center is themed with the academy of mountains and waters and emphasizes academy atmosphere with scrolls, books and pages as the soul of the space design. The design is cautious and restrained. The designer extracts the theme and the inspiration from the characteristics of traditional art forms such as blankness, simplicity and metaphors in order to make the modern ethereal beauty fully interpreted and embodied. The soft furnishings draw inspiration from the theory of “lucid waters and lush mountains” and green elements are dotted throughout, echoing the overall atmosphere of the academy. From the front lobby, the background of the reception desk is conceptualized by books, staggered side by side to show the literary feeling. The ceiling shape is spread out in the form of book scrolls to show the academy theme. The reception desk and the sandbox area are connected in the form of rising book pages, closely following the theme of “the academy of mountains and waters”. In addition, the scattered-seat library further highlights the academy atmosphere. This model replaces the traditional sales model, where books become the medium of space, while combining with quality landscape features to weaken the customers' psychological resistance to sales and instead immerse themselves in the literary bookish atmosphere. Through the innovative design to cut through the inherent structure and transform it into wall-shaped ones, the space become both scenic and readable, presenting a sense of order and beauty in terms of volume and function. The interior design pays more attention to incorporating local characteristics. It advocates environmental protection, realizes the concept of maximizing energy, land, water and material conservation, protects the environment and reduces pollution. The indoor and outdoor greens reflect each other. The interaction between the virtual and the real, the visible and the invisible, achieves visual tension and also gives the space design a natural and interesting charm.
